Creativity, meet practical technology.
For over twelve years, I've worked at the meeting point of creativity and technology — designing brands, running marketing and social, and building content systems for educational institutions and consumer brands.
Somewhere along the way I noticed a pattern: talented teams were spending their best hours on repetitive busywork — the same questions, the same posts, the same admin — with little time left for the creative, human work that actually grows a brand.
That's what pulled me into AI. After an intensive Generative AI Bootcamp, I started building real, practical tools: AI support assistants, content workflows, dashboards, and automations. My most recent is Echo — an AI support assistant that answers customers instantly, in the brand's voice, and hands off to a human when it matters.
I treat AI as a business tool — one that, combined with good design, lets small teams punch far above their weight. My goal is simple: smarter systems, lighter workloads, and work that always feels human.
